The image come out blank.Are you able to make a Copy from the front panel of your DJ 3545? If you can make a Copy from the control panel, please perform a Hard Reset:1. Unplug all cables and memory cards from the printer. Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer while the printer is still turned on.2. Unplug the other end of the cord from the power source.3. If there is a power module on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.4. After 60 seconds, plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup as they can cause the printer to lose basic functionality over time).5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.6. The printer should automatically power back up. If it doesn’t, turn it on with the power button.7. Try making a photocopy (if your printer is an all-in-on printer) before connecting any other cables to the printer.8. I can help you with that.To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, check the password is being entered exactly as it appears on the Mac. To check this on the Mac:In Spotlight enter Keychain Access to open Keychain AccessSelect Passwords on the left.On the right, double-click on your new network. Click on Show Password and enter your Mac’s Administrator credentials.Now on the printer enter the network password exactly as it appears on the Mac. If you need to switch between small letters and capital letters, repeatedly press the same key on your printer to cycle between small letters, capital letters and numbers.If you are still having issues after following the above, please let me know the error message you see after entering the wireless password. My Printer model is HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545. I had a HP deskjet 3540 series software installed. I was able to install , scan without any issues. It stopped working. Not sure when this stopped working. When i googled to figure out, I was asked to install HP Smart. I installed it. When i launched, it was showing the printer, but with status unknown. When i client the printer status, nothing is displayed. When i client printer information , i get the details as printer installed. Refer the screen shots attached. Basically, the newly installed HP Smart is having issues. I’m not able to print or scan. I can see a USB port added. When i select and print, i was able to print. Anything through HPSmartPrintingPort is not working. Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated. Note: I have already tried to uninstall, re-install HP Smart. Issue still exists. With the HP ePrint app, you can even print even when you are at a far away location, given that the printer has a paper in it. The disadvantage of this printer is that it faces a serious paper jamming problem. Moreover, the photo print quality isn’t on par with what you would expect from an HP printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device.”Open up the run command with the “Windows Key + R” key combo.Type printui.exe /s and click OK.Click on Drivers tab.Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.Select OK.Remove all instances of the same.Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.Close Devices and Printers. Restart the PC again.Download and install the printer using the HP Smart app againClick here to download the HP Smart app.If the issue persists, follow these steps to fix the issue.Assign a manual IP address to manually connect the printer.Find the printer IP address to assign it manually.1. There are three options to install this printer on your computer. 1) Install it using its full feature driver. 2) Install it using its basic driver (with installer) 3) Install it using its IMF driver (without installer) you’ll have to install it manually.
